Within a short drive is the nearby medieval town of Rye offering pretty cobbled streets and a selection of shops and restaurants whether you're looking for antique furniture or freshly caught seafood. Slightly further afield is Hastings (12 miles) which offers plenty of family attractions for young and old alike. Nature lovers should head to the untamed landscape of Dungeness (10 miles), which boasts one of the largest shingle landscapes in the world and large communities of plants and animals.

The front door of this light and airy property opens into a hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes. Walk through to the lounge where you will find two comfy sofas and armchair perfectly positioned around the Smart TV and wood burner for enjoying a movie night on those chilly evenings. Located just off the lounge is a dining area with a large table and seating for everyone to get together for mealtimes or an evening of board games. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and the ground floor is completed with a separate cloakroom with WC. Upstairs you will find three thoughtfully presented bedrooms; one king-size room, two doubles and a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Enjoy long summer evenings relaxing after a busy day at the beach in this suntrap. Steps from the garden lead up to a gate which gives guests convenient access to the beach via a short footpath. There is off-road parking for two cars.
