It was in a perfect location, 2 mins to the beach, 5 mins to thd Town. Mattress was not great, but they have already bought a topper to try and rectify this.

We spent the most fantastic Christmas break the house was perfect and really well equipped with everything you could need and plenty of space for everyone. The house was decorated with 2 beautiful Christmas trees which made it look magical. The location was perfect and just a short stroll with the dog to the beach. We made some lovely memories here. The pre arrival information was great and really easy to navigate

#### Excellent property

Great place to stay - a quiet road (that might apply to anything in Ryde!), but walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. The house is much bigger than the photos made it look, and could quite happily accommodate a couple of families. Everything is well equipped, with everything you need including a full range of spices in the kitchen.
