Kind caring and professional desk clerk
1 70 was closed due to snow and my19 year old daughter needed a place to stay at the last minute. I was in a panic and your desk clerk on that evening saved the day fixing my reservation and getting my daughter checked in safely and being kind and caring also so that she and I felt safe and comfortable very greatful for her excellent service thanks you
