"Great communication from the hotel when my flight was delayed & I couldn't arrive until after midnight. Keys & entry instructions were left & it was no hassle at all to enter & find our room. "The view frim the apt.was awsome. Washer/dryer conbination was not able to be controlled like it should. We could not change timing on the dryer, and it dried clothes for 2 hours, making them wrinkled."
