Furthermore, the basin waste was partially blocked as it took ages to empty the washbasin. Hiding the exterior access door to the rooms behind a scabby old fence without any sign saying access to the rooms was not a great idea and nor was having an unusual door opening mechanism that implied it was faulty and that you were locked out.
