### Villa with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

Located in Valle de Ruesga, the villa offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 15 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.  
  
This villa features a private outdoor area with a garden, children's pool, terrace, balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower. In addition, guests can enjoy a private indoor pool heated all year round during their stay.  
  
5 parking spaces are available on the property.  
  
A maximum of 5 pets are allowed.
