This stunning apartment features high ceilings and large windows, creating an airy and spacious atmosphere and has all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to all the popular attractions nearby and is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Perfect for couples, families and groups of friends, the Dragon Pad promises a great visit to Tunbridge Wells. Spaces Kitchen \- Modern, fully equipped with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as all the utensils to prepare and cook a meal for friends and family \- Expandable dining table that will seat up to 6 people Living Room \- Large comfy sofa and TV with Netflix ready to go. \- Desk space with lots of natural light \- Blackout blinds make for a relaxing night in and a great sleep for anyone using the sofabed Bedrooms \- Spacious primary bedroom with comfortable double bed and blackout blinds \- Wardrobe with hangers as well as two full-length mirrors \- Cosy second bedroom in the loft with double bed and air bed Bathroom \- Large family bathroom with separate shower and bath with toiletries and towels provided Utility Room \- Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer Location \- 10-15 minute walk to the station and from there it’s 50 minutes to the South coast or London \- Walking distance from all popular destinations. Other Details \- Off-street private entrance accessed through two code-locked gates. \- The nearest parking is in Royal Victoria Place Car Park, a minute’s walk away, accessible from 7am to 11pm. If you need 24hr access, Crescent Road Car Park is only 2 minutes away.
