"Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. "No refrigerator to put drinks or other cold stuff that we need the only way.of getting a cold drinks is to go downtairs to their counter and buy fair enought if there is elavator but they dont have elevator either we have to go via stairs from 3rd floor very inconvenient.... for us even kettle none to make tea or coffee "
