Sieri Lake House in Rovaniemi

Lake Sieri House is a 160 sq m comfortable wooden log house 12 km from Rovaniemi city centre at the coast of lake Sieri.
Situated quite near to the city centre but in the middle of nature, Lake Sieri House gives extraordinary possibilities to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation in Lapland, Rovaniemi.

The logs of the house are from 1800s, but the building has been renovated in 2019, now it is a lovely mixture of old and modern.
Totally renovated are sauna, 2 toilets, kitchen furniture and all kitchen equipment including refridgerator-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster.
There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds which can be placed together or separately. There are 2 big living rooms, in one of these there is a sofa bed for two and 1 single bed, in the other 2 single beds.
Altogether there are beds for 8.
This accommodation is suitable for couples or families or small groups.
Car parking in front of house is for free.

You will have great possibilities to enjoy various of exciting winter activities as the distance to reindeer farm is only 1 km and husky farm 4 km. It's possible to order pickup from the house to husky safari or reindeer farm services.
Cross-country skiing is possible right from the yard and it's 2 km to a lighted skiing track. It's also possible to go driving snowmobile right from the yard. The distance to Ounasvaara downhill skiing is 10 km.
During summer you can enjoy the midnight sun and lightness of Lappish "nightless" nights. Shorter or longer biking or hiking trips can be made just in the surroundings.
In the yard there is a grillhouse building where you have possibility to grill sausages on a living fire.

After spending an active day outdoors you can relax in sauna. From sauna opens a door to terrace, where you have an excellent possibility to cool down and take a look at hundreds of stars in the sky and if you are lucky maybe even Northern lights are seen.
For indoors activities there is a possibility to play billiards. You can use WiFi for free or watch TV.
There is a washing machine and ironing equipment if needed. Also clothes dryer can be used.
Linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper are included in the price.
