"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. "Really convenient hotel in the heart of Cape Town, opposite St. George's Cathedral. The front of the hotel has limited parking options, so,c one has to valet for about $15 day. Beautiful lobby. Staff were super friendly. Laundry service was reliable. Their breakfast buffet was luxurious. We stayed for their high tea - yummy and wonderful selection of teas, like ROOIBOS. We had a great view of the mountain. I miscalculated by booking, and they were kind enough to extend out stay. They have a concierge that organizes everything - like helicopter trips. Good deal. Lovely rooms."
