I never had water bottles replenished, sometimes my room wouldn't even be cleaned before 6pm, trashes were not removed and the room not cleaned, only the bed was done, I didn't benefit from an upgrade and bottle of wine offered by my status. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, la piscine est très agréable et plutôt grande. Le déjeuner est délicieux.
