This villa offers a cozy atmosphere and is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people. With two bedrooms, you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the mountain, immersing yourself in the tranquility and natural beauty of the region. Unbeatable Location Located in a quiet urbanization, the villa is situated near various points of interest. Just 2 km away, you can enjoy the water park "Aquabrava" or do your shopping at "Carrefour and Lidl" supermarkets. The sandy beaches of "Roses and St. Margarita" are 3 km away, perfect for relaxing under the sun. For adventure lovers, the rocky beach is 5 km away. Additionally, the "Figueres-Vilafant" train station is 20 km away, and the "Girona Airport" is 60 km away, making access from anywhere easy.
