The property is strategically located just 250 meters from the beach, facilitating access to coastal activities and the varied offer of summer bars and restaurants. In addition, its proximity to restaurants, the sandy beach, supermarkets, shops and the town allows you to enjoy everything on foot, without having to take the car. The 28 m2 sunny terrace with table and chairs, opening onto a private garden, offers a pleasant outdoor space with views of the surroundings. The ground floor apartment has been tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms have been completely renovated, creating a modern and updated atmosphere. For your comfort, we provide air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. The cozy living room has a large window that opens to the terrace and private garden. Entertainment is guaranteed with satellite TV, which offers channels in several languages. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. With one room with a 1.50 m bed and another with two 0.90 m single beds, the apartment is perfect for couples, families or friends. In addition, it has a bathroom with a toilet and another with a shower and a washing machine. The property offers community parking with key access, providing security and convenience for guests arriving by vehicle. The location close to attractions such as the Aiguamolls natural park, the water park, the rock beach and the golf course, as well as the proximity to the train station and the airport, add exceptional value to the property.
