Apartment on the beach front

Apartment on the first line of the sea, three meters away from the beach. The whole apartment has parquet floor, has two rooms, one double and the other double room, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. The dining room has a cheeslongue sofa, large television. The double room has a built-in wardrobe, two small tables, bookshelves and the bed is a canapé bed that can be opened to put suitcases or things. The other double bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe and two single beds. The bathroom is a bathroom with full shower. The terrace is the largest of the block, has 10 square meters, with table and chairs for lunch or dinner outside, half of the terrace has artificial turf and a hammock to lie down. This apartment was a little mean

This apartment had a wonderful location and we thoroughly enjoyed Roses. However the property itself was lacking a little bit. First of all, the address that we were provided was the street behind the building and we had a frustrating time finding the property manager to check in. In the unit, which was clean, electrical outlets everywhere, but no reading lights were provided. A floor lamp in the living room did not have light bulbs in it. The single sized bed linens were extremely worn and the sheets popped off of the single bed mattresses. My last issue was that there were 4 of us and only 2 bath towels were provided. I contacted the owner and was informed that only linens are provided, not towels. My expectation with VRBO is that I'm staying in a fully equipped home, not camping. Overall, somewhat disappointed in this place.

Appartement ne valant pas Le prix de la nuit

Appartement petit sans volet dans une chambre sans double vitrage on entendait tous les bruits de rue et de route . tout petite salle de bain .toute petite cuisine .vitre cassée dans le salon franchement l appartement ne vaut pas 136 euros la nuit il en vaut bien 50 euros de moins ....sinon les canyelles petites est un joli coin avec une jolie plage et les restaurants au bord de la plage sont sympas

Prix élevé par rapport à l appartement qui est tout petit

Appartement petit ,sans double vitrage ,sans volet dans une chambre donc on entendait tous les bruits de rue et de route, minuscule salle de bain , petite cuisine avec plaque électriques. Vitre en bas dans salon cassée .... L appartement ne vaut pas le prix 137 euros une nuit c est trop élevé cela mériterait d enlevé au moins 50 euros .... bref nous ne reviendront pas dans cet appartement...

Beach Apartment with beautiful views

The apartment was extremely convenient to the beautiful beach of Roses and specifically Canyelles. The apartment was clean and the modern decor was extremely nice. They have a wonderful terrace with hammock that the children enjoyed. The owners were extremely nice and responsive. The apartment does easily sleep five, but at times it felt a little cramped with all of us. Also, the kitchen lacks an oven, so that might be important to those who want to cook. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.

Très bon accueil. Très agréable. Appartement très propre. Terrasse spacieuse avec hamac très agréable. Endroit calme. Petit point négatif manque la climatisation. on reviendra !
