L'emplacement est réellement très intéressant avec accès direct à la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine bien équipée et le logement est très propre. La terrasse immense est exceptionnelle, plein sud. La propriétaire nous a fais confiance et nous a laissé les clés pour que nous puissions arriver très tôt le matin ce qui nous permet de rouler de nuit. Aug 4, 2012 #### Très bien Nous connaissions déjà Santa Margarita, c'est avec plaisir que nous y sommes retournés. Pour l'appartement: celui du 4e, ne donne pas sur mer (la photo peut être trompeuse car on voit la mer alors qu'il y a plusieurs appartements pour la même annonce et nous avons celui qui donne de l'autre côté du bâtiment) mais est effectivement tout proche de la plage et des commerces et n'est pas trop bruyant la nuit (pour un bord de mer en plein été). Il a été rénové, la cuisine et SDB sont propres et récentes, la terrasse est très grande mais en plein soleil à midi, nous l'avons utilisé le matin et le soleil. Pas de place parking réservée mais en tournant un peu on trouve au bout d'un moment pas trop loin (pour nous pas chance dans la rue à même pas 100m). Nous avons donc bien aimé cet appart. ##### Karine J.
