Place is very old, AC units make loud sounds so we can't sleep peacefully. Doors don't open or close properly. Beds make sounds with normal sleep movements. Hotel was large and no guidance on how to reach our rooms was provided. Heard some door knocks during the night, felt very unsafe

If you hate having your bed made every day, this is the perfect hotel for you. I stayed here for three days, and not once was my room cleaned. I even specifically asked the front desk to have my room cleaned, but no one ever came. At this point, I don’t even have any clean bath towels left. Three days with no housekeeping, even after requesting it, is honestly unacceptable.
