(2,997 reviews) The room was outdated and could use some refreshing. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t much better. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so I can’t really say they were good or bad. Housekeeping was good - we had fresh towels daily. The pool area was very crowded and only one pool was useable due to it being pretty cold (no fault to the hotel - weather was on the chilly side and its early march). Overall the hotel was okay, I just don’t think it was worth the amount we paid to stay there. The beach access was the best part of the stay but it’s not private and got fairly crowded during the peak of day.
