Rose Valley Falls Trail Tours and Activities

Room was dirty, smelled, stains all over the carpet, old torn shower curtain with a swastika drawn on it, bath tub and bathroom not properly caulked or sealed. Given two towels, that’s it, no bath mat or hand towels, both had holes in them and were fraying. The first room I was given had a large portion of the front blinds missing so that anyone walking by could just look into your room. I asked for another room and the person at the front desk was more concerned as to whether I had “dirtied” the first room in the 3 minutes I had been there. The AC unit is crazy loud. The TV did not work at all so I had to rely on a laptop for any entertainment, and the remote control is missing the back and the batteries were being held in by some scotch tape. The WiFi is awful and ended up having to just use my own hotspot. I asked if there was any ice and was told I could go next door to raising cane’s and ask for a cup. Don’t waste your money here. It clearly doesn’t go towards any upkeep.

It was fine. I traveled with my 6 year old but food choices were not great.

Please avoid this hotel. It is the worst hotel I had ever been. So dirty with bed bugs. Mattress and pillows are not comfortable. There is only two thin sheets one to cover the mattress and the other is so smelly as if it was never washed. You can tell how dirty it is as soon as you enter seeing the dirty carpet and the terrible smell. I tried to find a hotel in SF after a work trip and this hotel was the only one I found. The noise from the street is unbearable. Homeless fighting, theatre staff moving stuff until early morning. I don’t think this hotel should be in Expedia.
