The welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. Relax on the sunlit deck as deer browse nearby. Fly fish the Beaverkill with exclusive access to our stretch of the river. Let the kids and dog roam free on our 3 acres while you watch bald eagles soar overhead. Whether hiking fishing hunting or just visiting, you'll find something that appeals to you.

We stayed at the Roscoe House to fish the area and its location is perfect for access to the Beaverkill, Willowemoc and more. The house was clean, had all the accessories you’d need and in great shape. It’s also just a well designed house for guests, privacy for each bedroom and bathroom, big open spaces and well appointed kitchen for cooking. We made breakfast each day and grilled one night. Ryan was a great host; proactively reaching out once I booked and responding to any question or message within a few minutes it seemed. We plan to come back as the house is perfect and while the fishing wasn’t at least next time we will know we have a great place to rest and enjoy each night after time on the water.
