Roosevelt Vacation Packages

Clean rooms and we'll kept grounds. Uncomfortable beds. Low water pressure in showers. Broken pool chairs. Fun little mini golf, basketball, and pickle ball courts.

The hotel was very clean, pool staff were helpful and kind. We had to leave a night early and they would not help us with any refund, so that was a turn off. Especially since I was due an upgrade upon checkin that they also could not accommodate. Expect all on property dining to be $$, Hearth restaurant was good. The golf course was nice and the golf staff were excellent. Pool furniture and lounge areas are dated and should be power washed. There was a commercial being filmed while we were there which was inconvenient— all around I’d say it was inconsistent, which surprised us.

Check in staff were very nice. Guy that provided parking was a little rude. And there was not enough parking in designated area. But mostly/ it wasn't a resort. It's more like a condo complex and you are renting a condo. We had to start the dishwasher and clean up when we left- like you do for a Vrbo- not at a resort. Maybe I didn't do enough research but I was disappointed. It was clean and had a washer and dryer. With a single box of detergent.

Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

Lovely apartment, in a good location with beautiful views. Nice pool and hit tubs. Just needed a pool bar if some sort to be perfect!
