I reserved a room on June 16. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they were full and could not honor my reservation. I was turned away. They told me I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia told me I needed to contact OYO Hotel for my refund. Back and forth we went for 6 weeks. No resolution. The OYO hotel manager said, "It's been forwarded to management." Both Expedia and OYO were unhelpful - blaming each other. I still haven't gotten my refund. In short, they stole my money.

I was nice and quiet. Lots of guests present but quiet nonetheless. Breakfast was good. There was a Chili’s and IHOP walking distance from the front door.
