Foi decepcionante, chegamos tarde da noite eu e minha esposa, recebemos um quarto com cheiro de mofo, paredes com manchas de infiltração, tinha uma barata no quarto e pedimos para trocar, mas como ja estava tarde, acabamos ficando no hotel. o cafe, tbm, bem fraco pelo preço cobrado. não recomendo.

Fiquei na parte velha do Hotel, e falta muita coisa. Tomada do banheiro não funciona, não tem um bom serviço de informação, e não avisam nada, nem que tinha secador na recepção.

Ar condicionado não funciona! Pedi um quarto com custo mais acessível, me convenceram a pagar mais caro para ficar noutro quarto para ter um ar Split, porém não funcionou e não resolveram meu caso: só paguei mais caro!

Se, eu não tivesse impresso minha reserva do site, ia ficar sem quarto, outra coisa o recepcionista não estava em seu melhor dia, sinceramente se eu não estivesse cansado teria dado meia volta e procurado outro Hote.

Não gostei do conforto do quarto de maneira geral, e da falta de manutenção do primeiro quarto que passei na primeira noite. Cama era pequena e o colchao de qualidade bem inferior. Problemas no ar condicionado, no chuveiro. Diante da quantidade de hoteis na cidade, pouco provavel me hospedar novamente.
