May 25, 2024 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Haus ist runtergekommen und dreckig, kein guter Service Wir waren geschockt vom Zustand und dem Grad der Verschmutzung des Hauses. Man sieht zwar, dass der Besitzer nach und nach renoviert, aber es ist vieles aus unserer Sicht sehr lieblos bzw. stümperhaft gemacht. Novasol ist uns diesbezüglich nicht wirklich entgegen gekommen, hat nur eine zusätzliche Reinigung angeboten bzw. einen Elektriker, der die Gefahrenstellen ausbessert. Dieser hat aber gesagt, dass er hier nichts machen kann. Ein anderes Haus wurde uns nicht angeboten, trotz mehrfacher Bitte. „Wir sind kein Hotel mit einer Upgrade-Möglichkeit“ war die Aussage…wir werden über diesen Anbieter nie wieder buchen! ##### Ronja W. Apr 13, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### 1A Familienurlaub Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus, welches zeitlos modern eingerichtet ist. Von den Mängeln unserer Vorredner keine Spur. Es ist ein Haus, welches schon des Öfteren Bewohnt wurde. Ich erwarte aber auch keine neuwertigen Häuser. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Gelände war für die Kids super. Während die sich auf den Spielplätzen amüsiert haben, haben wir den Blick von der Terrasse auf den Golfplatz und den Deich genossen. Auch das Schwimmbad mit Saune wurde gerne genutzt. Einzig negativ sind uns die sehr spontanen Anpassungen der Öffnungszeiten der Freizeitmöglichkeiten nach Ostern aufgefallen. Regulär war diese bis Abends geöffnet, wir wurden dann gegen Nachmittag unfreundlich aus dem Bad „geschmissen“.Dennoch können wir sagen, dass es ein gelungener Familienurlaub war.
