Sep 14, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Listing accuracy Guten Tag, wir haben das Haus auf Römö, Buchungsnr. s.o., heute nach nur 3 Übernachtungen verlassen, obwohl wir es bis zum 6.9.25 gebucht hatten.Dieses Haus ist eine Katastrophe. Völlig desolate Elektrizität, die alleine Grund genug ist, das Haus sofort vom Markt zu nehmen. Veraltetes, muffiges Inventar, splitterndes Holz, Fenster, die man nicht öffnen kann, weil sie verzogen sind, und mit Farbe ueberschmiert wurden, um zu kaschieren, wie schäbig sie sind, verrostete Ablagen im Badezimmer und ein widerlicher Duschvorhang, ein Fön, bei dem die Kabel offen liegen, defekte Außenbeleuchtung und vertrocknete Töpfe. Es gibt keinerlei Schränke, nur eine vollgestopfte Kommode. Die excellente Lage konnte durch eine Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück von 7 Uhr morgens bis 20 Uhr kaum genutzt werden.Dies alles haben wir einer Novasol Mitarbeiterin vor Ort mitgeteilt und mit unten angeführten Fotos belegt, die uns daraufhin eine teilweise Rückzahlung in Aussicht stellte, uns aber desinteressiert an den Kundendienst verwies, und uns die email Adresse in die Hand drückte.Wir mieten seit 30 Jahren Ferienhäuser, davon viele im gleichen Alter wie dieses, aber noch kein Vermieter hat die Unverschämtheit besessen, solch ein Haus anzubieten. Wir erwarten, dass Sie uns ein Angebot in Höhe von 50% des Mietpreises machen, um uns für die entgangenen Urlaubstage zu entschädigen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen ##### Brigitte R. Maar goede bedden ( vooral op zolder verdieping) en een fijne complete keuken. Lage plafonds, vooral in de keuken een lage balk maar met wat aandacht daarvoor goed te doen. Maar gelegen aan de rand van een natuurgebied en faciliteiten dichtbij. Ook wat muggen dus neem wat muggenspray mee, maar een heerlijk romantisch verblijf hier gehad . ##### Wilma E.
