The apartment is located in a historic building, but the interior has been recently renovated. You’ll find plenty of natural light and a minimalist-chic style, with everything you need for a quick getaway or an extended stay. Want to visit Rome with your kids? No problem: for starters, the two bedrooms are adjoining—just in case. Plus, upon request, we’ll provide a crib, a high chair, and other accessories so you won’t have to bring them with you—like a bottle warmer. Your furry friends are also welcome. We’re family and pet friendly!
We’re located on Via degli Scipioni, one of the longest side streets in the Prati area—the only flat area in Rome. We’re in the city centre, but on the other side of the Tiber, and this strategic location means you won’t have too much hustle and bustle right outside your door, yet you’ll be just a stone’s throw away from all the wonderful things Rome has to offer. The building is elegant, and we’re on the fourth floor of five. The location is nothing short of perfect—plenty of light floods in, making the rooms very pleasant, and it’s warm in winter and cool in summer. In any case, there’s air conditioning. The apartment is about 90m² and is laid out as follows: a cozy entryway where you can store jackets and shoes (for those who want to walk barefoot on the real oak parquet—it’s worth it) that opens onto a living room with a TV, dining table, sofa bed, and armchair bed—all equipped with mattresses for daily use. Let’s move on to the master bedroom, which really should be called a suite. It features a double bed, TV, armchair, desk, dresser, and clothes rack. Let the morning light wake you up—it’ll be a rejuvenating experience. Down the hallway—flanked by a series of built-in closets where you can store all your belongings—we arrive at the open-concept kitchen. A red Smeg refrigerator, a high bar counter—at this point, all that’s missing is coffee and a croissant, but don’t worry… we have both a Nespresso machine and a café right downstairs! The fully equipped kitchen also features an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and kettle. There’s also a practical and elegant bathroom with a toilet and a huge shower for total relaxation.
