The room was showing its age, but everything was clean & the showers hot. Limited breakfast items. Eggs were badly done & not very hot. Only bread was white sliced. It is a pet-friendly place & when we found there was a constantly yapping dog next door, a manager quickly addressed the situation (we assumed by moving the couple with the dog because we never heard another sound.)

Room and pool were clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. I could hear conversations easily of the room next door and the air conditioner was quite noisy. I appreciated the vending machines.

This was a great stay. Hotel was busy. Staff was pleasant and made sure we had a room away from “the groups of travelers”. Bed was comfortable and the room was easily cooled during the heat. Locations was good. Could use a sign that says enter here off the restaurant parking lot for a little more ease.

Although the bed was clean and comfortable, the underside of the toilet bowl was not clean. I didn’t notice until I was getting ready for bed. We were traveling with a cat so they gave us a room where the furniture and drapes had been clawed. I took pictures of all these things when checking in, as I didn’t want to be charged for damage upon checkout.

In general, everybody seemed to care it was clean and the breakfast was very tasty. I had space and the TV clicker. I could even figure out as some 90 year-old lady thanks for not having it quite so complicated as some recent hotels and motel Enjoyed my stay in Rolla thank you
