This place was absolutely amazing! The porch hammocks were very relaxing. The large hammock inside upstairs was something else. The outdoor shower on the back porch was really neat.
Such a unique and fantastic place to stay. Our kids loved the netting floor in the bedroom above. We enjoyed the downstairs hammock and rope swinging chairs. What a wonderful place.
If you like camping and outdoors this is the place for you. My boys loved this! They are 7 and 10. It was the perfect location for SUP Kayaking. We enjoyed the two nights here and would book this again. You need to enjoy the outdoors to truly appreciate this property. I especially loved the under cabin and relaxed using the swings and hammocks.
My wife and I stayed here after our wedding and loved it! The location is very close to the Appalachian Rose Farm (Events by Jenny Lea) and was an amazing retreat after our ceremony/reception. The only minor (very minor) improvement is request would be a full length mirror in the main quarters as putting on a suit was somewhat difficult with a small mirror 😂 We would definitely recommend this place and will be retuning!
What a unique experience. Our favorite part was the outdoor living area underneath with the rocking chairs, hammock, and hammock swings. We were able to sit outside and enjoy a thunderstorm. So cool!
The treehouse was in a great location close to all the hiking we were looking for! The kitchen was amazingly well appointed and we were so happy with that! The only minor issue was the cleanliness. However, not to the point that we wouldnt recommend it.
We had a wonderful time in the Red River Gorge area and this cabin was the perfect place to stay during our visit. We lived the outdoor space. There was enough room for the four of us and we had all of the amenities we needed. The temperature dropped the weekend of our stay and the space heater on the main floor didn't work, but the maintenance staff was prompt and quickly reolved the issue. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.
This property was amazingly unique!
Having only an outdoor shower and the closed in bathroom outside also. We were there right after Hurricane Helene hit. So that was interesting 😂. But I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. I would definitely keep the season/weather in mind though. There is a mini split keeping it cool. And space heaters to turn on when it’s cold.
We love unique vacation homes and the treehouse did not disappoint! The location was convenient to hiking the Natural Bridge trail, the Gorge Underground, ice cream, and mini golf. The outdoor shower is something I will surprisingly miss bc you can shower and hear all the sounds of the night while doing so. The lower deck was utilized the whole time and was nice on our rainy day since it is covered. The kids loved the hammock floor of the upstairs but the “bed” is actually just 2 roll out mats put together which lacked comfort for sleeping. I guess I assumed it would be a mattress on the floor. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need during your stay. I would suggest leaving renters directions for the induction stove as we’ve never used one and had to YouTube what the buttons did in order to cook. Our family of 4 loved our treehouse stay and hope many more get to enjoy it as well!

Not worth the hype! Cleanliness issues!
We booked this place based on the amazing reviews. It was in a great location and the concept is unique…but we experienced too many issues during our stay. Upon returning from a day of activities, we went to make the sofa bed for my kids and it was absolutely disgusting. It looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed. Patches of brown and yellow stains in multiple places and black hairs stuck in the stains. It was after 6pm and the management office was closed so we were unable to get new linens. It was so bad we didn’t use the sofa bed but put both kids in bed with us. At night, especially from the loft, we could hear rodents in the walls. At first we thought we were imagining this but the scratching and scuttling of critters continued all night. In the morning we realized that there was also a bug and mouse trap left by the dishes! Confirming our suspicions. For the high price, these issues are unacceptable and we wouldn’t recommend.
The property was awesome. It offers a rustic peacefulness while being just a short drive from all of the local activities. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the squirrels playing in the trees from the lower deck area.
We loved our stay in this cute little cabin. It is so unique and cozy. The hammock bed was a hit. The outdoor shower pushed us outside our comfort zone but it was a pleasant surprise.
Really great space for a couples getaway. Loved the privacy and all the seating below the house. It’s the perfect place to go after a day spend on the trails.
