King Beds. This beautiful 3-BD, 2-BA, Log cabin sleeps up to 6, and has one of the best mountain views of the valley there is in a private setting. Check out the video see the spectacular views! Take in a beautiful sunset while Relaxing on the back deck or in the 5-6 person hot tub under the covered porch. There is a charcoal grill and fire-pit with plenty of seating for all to enjoy toasting s'mores while star gazing. Enter the covered front porch into the wonderfully decorated living room with vaulted ceiling. Relax on the couch and lounge seating centered on a real wood burning fireplace with circulating air fan for extra warmth on cold winter nights. A new 55'' flat screen smart TV with Dish Network Satellite TV is also hard wired into the high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi router for reliable streaming. Stream your favorite content with ease. The fireplace separates the living room from the kitchen and dining area which takes in the incredible mountain view through picture frame windows spanning the entire length of the room. The kitchen has all the amenities you have at home including two dining tables with seating for all and room to spare, an oven / range, refrigerator w/ filtered automatic ice-maker & water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all of the kitchenware you need for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Despite the minor hiccup in not knowing that I had to stop at another location, just minutes down the road from the cabin to receive the access code to the door, this was definitely one of the best VRBO places that we have stayed and would highly recommend! The cabin was perfect, just as described. The amazing view from the back deck, clean hot tub, fire pit with a beautiful view, comfortable beds and a decently stacked kitchen. My children did enjoy a little bit of the satellite TV and all of the things to do in the area, hiking, zip, lining, The gorge, underground kayaking, and even a bit of swimming at natural bridge State Park. If we are back in the area we will definitely choose this cabin again! ##### Emily M. They actually chewed up an oven mitt sitting on the counter next to the stove. Droppings in the drawer’s and cupboards, had to wash everything before using. There were droppings in the lower bedroom on the bed and guests towels also had to wash all of them before going to bed upon arrival. Refrigerator leaked ice maker did not work, we kept a towel & rug in front of it. The rocker/recliner is a death trap I sat in it and actually went over backwards. Very convenient to all of our scheduled activities: Cave kayaking, zip lines and hiking to Natural Bridge. Cabin is well equipped for family meals and relaxing. Quiet and cozy. No wi-fi but we did have cell phone service most of the time. We chose this property for the view and it did not disappoint! Communication and check in/out was a breeze. Nice place, the view sells this place and even though in a “neighborhood” still private. Probably the best lot in the neighborhood. Location also great!! Definitely bring your own towels. My hope the next investment would be in deck and fire pit furniture, it was ok but on its last leg for sure. Just glad none of us went through that dry rotted deck furniture. The charcoal grill is very small… House was spacious had what we needed. The HVAC extremely uneven from main to top floor. ##### Maria S. My husband and some friends rented this cabin for Memorial Day Weekend and this cabin fit our needs perfectly. It accommodates 6 people comfortably. There is enough seating in the living room, kitchen and on the deck. And lots of ceiling fans! It is rustic in all the right ways. The cabin sits at the back of the neighborhood and on a ridge. It has beautiful views of the trees and down into the valley. It has a nice hot tub. It also has a nice circle drive so no one had to go move a car to let someone out One of the best features of this house is its location. It is up Glencairn road from Gorge Underground. The crystal kayak tour is a must do! It is also close to several restaurants and to Natural Bridge as well as the St. Park Lodge and Skylift up to Natural Bridge. Only 2 complaints, the house definitely needs a good thorough cleaning. The window blinds were covered in dust. We opened a window upon arrival because it smelled a little musty, not a big deal, but really didn’t want to touch the blinds. The lamps on the nightstand were dusty as well. There were only 2 towels per guest room. We were there for 4 nights and most were very stained, to the point they didn’t look washed. We managed to get 4 usable towels, luckily it was just the 2 of us. We usually showered 2x a day because of using the hot tub. If more people were staying with us we would have been drying towels daily or using wet ones. Not a big deal but when I’m on vacation I don’t want to worry about doing laundry. Overall we would stay again, the view was worth it. It was also nice it was pet friendly so our fur babies could come along. ##### Heather H.
