Upstairs at Waves Against the Machine, the open living area has plenty of seating for your whole group. This Outer Banks rental also makes it easy for you to prepare meals during your stay in the kitchen featuring a carafe coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and plenty of counter space. The breakfast bar features seating for 3 and the dining room table has seating for 8 so there's plenty of space for the whole group. When you need some fresh air, head to the furnished sun deck and take in the beautiful sunsets over the sound. This location makes for a great getaway at the Outerbanks to spend an entire day (and night). The location is popular for fishing and is ideal for landscape and astro photography. You can have lots of fun on some of the dunes, although getting the sand out afterwards is a big hassle. This is one of my favorite images from this location. I love the warm light tones and the shadows that create a contrast in the foreground sand. It is created from a single exposure with only minor modifications made to adjust overall contrast and brightness. If you are interested in wildlife, the Pea Island Wildlife Refuge is nearby and is a very popular location. Kid friendly and dog friendly. Very clean and very fast response from Resort Realty(management) concerning an issue with 1st and 2nd level AC. Until the AC company could come out the next day to repair the issue they came with window units for each bedroom on level 2\. We didn’t need them in the ground level bedrooms because they were not being used at the time. Just a great house great staff and great management!!! Thumbs up all the way around! ##### Therese G.
