Some of the outdoor furniture was worn out and some chairs were broken. The screened porch had screen missing. In one of the master bedrooms, the shower curtain had black mold on it, the bathroom sink would not drain and the overhead lights did not work. The fan in the other master bedroom is swinging/loose. The sliding door in living room did not want to close. The glass top for the dining room table was cracked and chipped. The house simply needs some repairs but overall it was a good house. Some previous tenant had disconnected the DVD player from the TV and taken the wires. We called the realty company and they sent a technician out, but he had the wrong wire and said he'd return right away with the right one. He never came back.
