Beautiful beach location. House well maintained. Great location and super easy check-in. We even got in a couple hours earlier than our 6pm check in. Broken stair on deck that was dangerous, mold on walls, air ducts had dust shooting out, top bunk wet, shower curtains moldy, head board broken, fan broken, shower stopped up, floors nasty, cobwebs everywhere, ice dispenser broken, chairs wobbly and dangerous, tiny ocean view, furniture broken, trash under beds and in closets, breakfast area stunk like urine and other things. Not pleased but still had a good time. Beach was very dangerous and littered with boards with nails sticking to everywhere from the houses that fell in and two got nails in their feet. We were impressed with the the beauty and design of this home. The open concept kitchen and living area was very comfortable. The porches were around the whole house so we could sit in the sun or shade. The pool/ hot tub and jacuzzi were very clean and enjoyable. The location was near the beach and a short drive to restaurants and a convenience store. We loved it and look forward to coming back! ##### Karen J. The house had a lot of deferred maintenance that needed to be done - there were missing toilet paper holders in the bathrooms, towel racks that had been taken down and walls patched, but no place to hang the towels. We did have to call the realty company to have someone come and unclog one of the bathrooms - which they did the next day. We weren't given enough towels and when I requested more we got no answer and so were short 4 towels. The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was an easy one. We enjoyed the great room upstairs and had room for the entire 16 of us . So the house was adequate and if the HVAC vents and fans had been cleaned sometime this season, the house would present itself much better.
