This is a wonderful home on the Long Island Sound. It is incredibly peaceful, and you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. The home is perfectly situated just far enough off the beaten path, yet close to anything you could want or need. This is actually our second stay and plan to return next year too!

Family Time

Looks just like the pictures, great view and neighborhood. Inside some of the kitchen cabinets were dusty and dirty. The refrigerator had old food inside and was not cleaned. The property manager was always available to address any concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Thanksgiving get-together

This Rocky Point rental was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving weekend- roomy house with beautiful views of the LI Sound and a quaint, wooded neighborhood. The main floor was open and spacious and has a bedroom and bathroom, our two kids loved the lower level with it's own tv area and (king)bedroom and the upstairs has a fun game area as well as a king bed and bathroom. The decks overlooking the LI Sound are a perfect spot for your morning coffee. Thanks to the owner for her quick responses. Wonderful memories were made!
