The location is on the edge of the town but they offer a bus ticket and it is walkable. I loved the balcony. The hot tub area is lovely and you use both this hotel and the Otter. The coffee is a drip coffee but very nice ,I did find it hard to keep warm after as there is no lid for the carafe. I found the bed very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and there seemed to be a plastic mattress pad that impacted the comfort of the bed . Overall a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable, and reception staff are all super helpful. Parkade is nice, clean, well-lit. Lobby area is good for a quick break. I would definitely want to stay here again."
