Everything was extremely clean and modern! Staff is beyond excellent! They made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Asked if we needed water Everytime we came in and out. Always have us a friendly hello and checked if we needed anything. Breakfast was nice. A good variety of items. Our adult granddaughter loved the pancake baker! We did not use the pool. I was surprised however, that there was not a soft drink/juice machine in the vending area. I don't like water. Otherwise, couldn't ask for a better stay. Kudos to them.

The room was large and clean to begin with. When we book several months in advance we pick hotels specifically with a pool and a hot breakfast. When we arrived we were not told any of the following information. One, the pool was closed for service. We found out, after going to the pool, that is was closed. We learning that this pool closure is scheduled annually around this time and we should have but were not notified that is amenity was not going to be included. Second, we found that the person who comes in a prepares the breakfast had a scheduling issue and could not open the breakfast area until a hour later than normal. This was 40 minutes after we needed to leave forcing us to get breakfast out every morning for another amenity that we paid for and were not notified we would not be getting during our stay. Then, they never once came in and cleaned the room. We got no clean towels or bedding even after requesting. They did come into the room and took the tip after the first night, but did not in any way clean or neaten the room. No discount for these issues was offered. Lastly I booked and paid for this room on a travel site. When checking in they required a credit card which I provided. After checking out I found that they again charged me for the room. It took me multiple calls between the hotel, the travel site, and my credit card to get the charge removed. I will be staying in this area again next year for this event, however, I will not be staying there.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request and needs. There were a couple of things about the room we noticed. The door was sticking or dragging the floor but it did close and lock. The tub wasn't draining quickly, water was standing while showering.and bathroom had a sewage smelled somewhat.
