Nice spacious room and helpful staff. Location was very good too. Less than 15 minutes to Duomo and even closer to castle. Grocery store few steps away for water and anything else you need.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. No refrigerator in the room or water. It was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep due to the noise at night and early in the morning. Location is central.

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

In fact, I couldn’t resist taking home a few perfumes from their charming little fragrance boutique. And what made the experience even more special was the impeccable service from the entire team. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, they make you feel genuinely cared for. I especially want to mention Fabio, whose warmth and attention made the experience even more unique. It was truly difficult to leave… and it is definitely a place I look forward to returning to.
