PRIME LOCATION! Sand View - Condo #5 at Coral Sands community, has the beach just a few steps away and sand leading you up the front door you will be greeted by an expansive front patio that is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail in the salty breeze.  
  
The condo is designed for privacy between the rooms and allows natural light to flood in from different angles. Spend the day on the beach and then cook local seafood on the shared gas grill. Use some of the complimentary beach chairs and enjoy the views close up.  
  
Backup Generator ✨ The property is equipped with a backup generator that keeps everything running during unexpected power outages, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation worry-free.

You can purchase a day pass at Paradise Beach Resort next door! It’s a fantastic option, as the pass includes credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, plus access to the pool and beach chairs.

\*Please note that this is a highly popular condo and your check in time might vary according to availability.  
  
\* Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.  
  
\* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.

The property was very clean and spacious. Great views right on the beach. Was a plus to have a washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't cook much. Would definitely rent it again.
