### Gecko Loco by Island House Vacation Rentals

Perched above West Bay, Gecko Loco is a 3-bedroom hilltop escape with stunning ocean views and tropical breezes. Enjoy open-air living, a community pool, and peaceful surroundings—all just minutes from the beach, dining, and adventure. Perfect for families or friends seeking a unique island getaway!Gecko Loco has deck space on 3 floors, outdoor dining and hammocks, a gas grill, a well-stocked kitchen, and a lounge area with a 50” Smart TV .   
  
Gecko Loco is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. Guests will be provided with our local phone numbers and will be available via phone, text, as well as messaging. Our office, located on the main road in West Bay, just a few minutes from the house is open Monday - Friday 8-4 and Saturdays 8-12\. We greet all of our guests at the office so they know how to find us. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Secure online payments for direct bookings are processed through a 3rd party payment processor, ChargeAutomation.   
  
The Turrets community is located on the South Shore of West Bay. It is a perfect location for those seeking the activities and vibrant mix of the restaurants and bars available at West Bay Beach, just a 15 - 20 minute walk away. The Turrets is quiet and secluded because it is at the very tip of Roatan and there is not a lot of public traffic.  
  
Guests have access to all the amenities of the house, including use of the community pool a short walk away.  
  
Gecko Loco has an abundance of outdoor decks that offer stunning views over both the South and North Shores of West Bay. This is true outdoor living with interior luxury.  
  
In the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house there are 2 king bedrooms, one with a private deck on the second floor. A third bedroom in the Turret on the third floor has a Queen bed, a twin bed and a deck area around 3 sides of the building. The study area on the 2nd floor has a futon sofa sleeper and opens onto the 2nd floor deck with both a covered/shaded area and open stargazing deck. The bedrooms on the first and second floors both have televisions and iPod music docks.   
  
This home boasts an open floor plan with a well-equipped full kitchen, interior and exterior dining, comfortable lounge with flat screen 50" TV and DVD player, DIRECTV satellite television, iPod dock and music system. The main level deck has and outdoor sofa for lounging, a couple hammocks, outdoor dining for 6 and a propane barbecue grill. The main level bedroom walks out onto this deck, as does the lounge and dining area.  
  
Enjoy the use of the Turrets community pool, a short walk down the hill and always a tranquil place to soak up the sun. Gecko Loco is close to all the activities and action on West Bay Beach (only a 15-minute walk away), yet far enough away for total privacy and relaxation.  
  
We are happy to arrange your airport transfer to West Bay if you wish. While it is possible to walk from the Turrets to West Bay Beach, many of our guests rent a vehicle for their time here. We can help with arranging rental cars or connecting you with a trusted taxi service that is on-call with special rates for our guests.   
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions

Accidental Damage Protection is covered through the fee of $49  
Prices are based on 6 person occupancy.
