Every detail of this stylish and thoughtfully designed retreat exudes luxury. The house is furnished with modern, high-quality pieces that perfectly complement the interior, and underfloor heating is installed throughout all living areas. The spacious living room features large glass panels that open onto a charming covered terrace—ideal for sunbathing, playing, or simply unwinding. This holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway, including a sauna, a wood-burning stove, and a generously spaced interior. Regardless of the season, families can enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautiful setting. The house offers three bedrooms with brand-new double beds, as well as a mezzanine with two single beds. Rømø is part of the Wadden Sea National Park and proudly listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering extraordinary nature experiences and uninterrupted, stone-free sandy beaches. Visitors can even drive their own cars right up to the water’s edge. The beaches are a haven for windsurfing and kite enthusiasts, and every year during the first weekend of September, Rømø hosts the internationally renowned Kite Festival, attracting participants from across the globe. The island is just a short, pleasant boat ride from the German island of Sylt, home to Europe’s largest shifting sand dune. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the charming Danish market towns of Tønder and Ribe. A cleaning fee of €138 applies to each stay. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen, man ist gleich in den Dünen und kann den Strand genießen. Auf der Terrasse findet man zu jeder Stunde Sonne, das großzügig angelegte Rasengrundstück ist relativ blickgeschützt, und es bietet Kindern viel Platz zum Spielen. Auf dem Hof können bequem mehrere Autos parken. Die Betten sind mit hochwertigen Matratzen ausgestattet, so dass ein guter Schlaf gegeben ist. Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig und gemütlich, und in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Selbst ein Tiefkühler mit zwei Böden erlaubt das Zwischenlagern von TK-Ware, Kühlakkus und Eiswürfeln. Die Bäder sind hell und freundlich ausgestattet. Von uns gibt es eine Top - Empfehlung für dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus! Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Arnika S. Wir waren zu 7 dort und hatten genügend Platz. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Zimmer mit einem Hochbett für zwei Kinder und noch einen kleinen Zusatzraum mit einem Doppelbett, der mit einer Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt werden kann. Ebenso gibt es zwei Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut sortiert. Der Check-In erfolgte über eine Schlüsselbox und erfolgte problemlos. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. ##### Kathrin N. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und groß genug für eine Familie. Sehr angenehm waren für unseren Aufenthalt die Klimaanlage und die zwei Bäder. Den Kamin und die Sauna konnten wir leider nicht ausprobieren, sind aber im Winter sicher ein wunderbarer Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar.Die Sauberkeit war ok, das vorhandene Geschirr und Töpfe teilweise sehr dreckig.
