The home had most everything needed, except a hairdryer. Fishing rods were on the property and the dock was used by our two local area teen grandchildren. They lost several worms, snagged a watermelon and watched a baby alligator. The river is only a few feet from the home and you can enjoy the view from the dock, deck, or living room. We have been multiple times and cannot recommend the place highly enough.
