Without question Quan Duquan was the best! Worked the front of the hotel in the evenings and was so kind and helpful. If he saw me trying to carry out some trash he'd stop me, take it and say hey that's my job. Just an all around star employee. No matter what I needed, towels, bedding or laundry change, Quan was right there to take care of our needs, and in a kind, courteous and professional manner. Expo in needs to find a way to clone this fella. Another standout employee was a new young lady can't remember her name blonde hair she just was hired on about the time you started staying at the expo in and she was so sweet and kind and does a great job for the company. Liked thats it's a resort that you dont have to leave if you don't want to. You can eat & have things to do all in one place.

Stay was good. Room smelled a little funny. And don't eat the cookie they give you. Also, restaurant needs to be open later

Rooms warns ready upon arrival. One slow elevator. Once up to room we scanned the key and open door and someone was already staying in the room. So back down tell them and wait longer for another room. Once to room someone from house keeping uses their key and comes into our room. They said sorry I to this room needed pillowcases. I said no it’s occupied. Later on that evening once returning from dinner our digital lock and key did not work. Maintenance had to come fix it. Tv was not connected to remote. Maintenance had to come and connect remote to tv & apps. They compensated breakfast the next day due to all of the issues. Otherwise the room was very nice and quiet. Too many issues at one place. Prob won’t be back
