I think it is unfair that the location is not made clear that drivers will not be willing to go there, and that luggage needs to be pulled very far. The entrance is located in tight walking streets, and to get there takes another hour detour through mountain roads, because it is on the other side of the river. Upon being explained this, I tried to cancel the reservation or work out some sort of pentalty for cancellation. The hotel refuses and wants to take the entire amount, even though it is high season and my reservation can be easily replaced. This is quite deceptive and distasteful.
