Ripley Park

I reserved a Suite with two queen beds. Upon arriving in the room. The beds were not made the carpet had food on it and the bathroom was dirty. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work, so I had to call from my mobile. There was not another suite available so we had to downsize to a one king bed suite. In the new room one of the keys didn't work so I had to get another key.I hope that i receive my adjusted refund. If possible stay elsewhere
