We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The décor is unique and full of character, giving the property a charm that’s different from a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
One of the best things about staying here is the convenience. It’s truly a one-stop shop—you can easily arrange tours and transportation, and there’s great food and drinks available without having to leave the property.
The highlight for us was the rooftop lounge. The nighttime views are absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax and end the day with a cocktail while taking in the city lights. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic. Its rare that I get surprised by hotel but Old Town customer service, status and design of the rooms really knocked my socks off. The staff was so kind and attentive, I’ve never seen anything like it at this style of hotel. Hats off to the whole team.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The TV in my room was huge and the Internet offered quite a few stations. Used the Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room, all good.

"The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms are s little shabby, the place could use a little sprucing up. The my location is close to the bus terminal and some great restaurants but it gets pretty load at night so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper"
