Cons: Check in was a mess! The lines for the self-service kiosk and customer service were wrapped and slow. We were told we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After not receiving a text, and dragging our luggage around the casino, we finally went and spoke to customer service. They "unassigned" us from our room and we were never reassigned. The text would've never come. When we were finally given a room, it was a view of the parking lot, with the sphere far in the background. We were celebrating our anniversary, so it was very disappointing. I called to ask for another room, but they were at capacity, so we were stuck looking at the parking lot the entire time.
Also, there is a $68 daily resort fee added.
Pros: Housekeeping was amazing. The room was cleaned every day. Very beautiful.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great.
It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

Everything was great but for only 1 thing , it had just a couple roaches but I can see he’s working on the facility, hopefully that’s one of them, he should have that taken care of before ppl are in the rooms
