Guest Access: 🚙 Acceso para huéspedes Para recorrer la Carretera Austral se recomienda utilizar vehículos 4x4, ya que gran parte del camino es de ripio o tierra. El acceso a nuestros refugios incluye un tramo con pendiente pronunciada que, en caso de lluvia, puede volverse difícil para vehículos 4x2 debido a barro o zonas resbaladizas. Por esta razón, el uso de vehículos 4x4 es altamente recomendado para garantizar un acceso seguro en cualquier época del año, especialmente considerando las condiciones climáticas cambiantes de la Patagonia. Alternativas si no cuentas con 4x4 Si tienes dificultades para llegar con tu vehículo, existen algunas opciones: 🚗 Estacionamiento previo Puedes dejar tu auto en un estacionamiento ubicado antes del tramo más complejo del camino. 🚕 Taxi o traslado 4x4 Desde ese punto puedes coordinar un taxi o traslado en vehículo 4x4 hasta los refugios. Getting Around: 🚗 Moverse por la zona La forma más práctica de recorrer el sector y visitar los distintos atractivos del Parque Nacional Cerro Castillo y sus alrededores es en vehículo propio, ya que las distancias en la Patagonia suelen ser largas y el transporte público es limitado. 🛒 Servicios y abastecimiento En Villa Cerro Castillo encontrarás algunos servicios básicos para abastecerte durante tu estadía. 🛍️ Supermercado principal de la zona • Supermercado Villarrica – el más completo de la villa para compras generales. 🥬 Frutas, verduras y artículos básicos • Frutería El Encuentro – ubicada al inicio del camino hacia los refugios desde la villa. Es un buen lugar para comprar frutas, verduras frescas y algunos artículos básicos antes de subir. 🥩 Compra de carnes En Villa Cerro Castillo la oferta de carnes rojas es limitada. Si planeas cocinar carne durante tu estadía, recomendamos: • Traerla desde tu ciudad de origen, o • Comprarla en Coyhaique, donde encontrarás mayor variedad y mejor calidad. En el Supermercado Villarrica normalmente podrás encontrar pollo y carne de cerdo. Te recomendamos hacer tus compras antes de subir al refugio, especialmente si planeas quedarte varios días o cocinar durante tu estadía. Other Things to Note: Mascotas Aceptamos mascotas domésticas bien educadas, siempre que estén acostumbradas a vivir dentro del hogar y tengan buen comportamiento. Para cuidar el refugio y asegurar una buena experiencia para todos, es importante que las mascotas: • No ocasionen daños en la propiedad • No muerdan objetos o mobiliario • No hagan sus necesidades dentro del refugio • No se suban a camas ni muebles Tamaño permitido: Solo se aceptan mascotas pequeñas a medianas, con un peso aproximado de hasta 12 kg. 💲 Costo adicional: Si deseas viajar con tu mascota, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $25.000 CLP por estadía, independiente de la especie doméstica.
