Slow check in, food good but took a long to arrive. Great outside swimming pool & courtesy coach to and from airport. Shower in room didnt work properly.

Hilton Barra Rio De Janeiro
The best of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our visit to Rio. The only one that wasn’t full of mosquitoes ☺️ lovely rooftop pool made it feel like a holiday vs hostel.. good air conditioning too.

ibis budget Rio de Janeiro Nova America
Hotel was ok, breakfast was average, staff don’t speak English and a bit unhelpful. Room is tiny. Best part of this hotel is location next to shopping centre.

Rio Aeroporto Hotel Galeão
The A/C wasn't working so it was warm in the room without windows and there wasn't any hot water. The shuttle service did not operate as indicated so we walked from and to the hotel from Terminal 2. Fortunately the location of the hotel was the primary benefit, it was about a 15min walk.
