Fomos bem recebidos no checkin. Não tem um staff 24h, para uma avaliação 4 estrelas, deixa muito a desejar. Nos dão as chaves, uma para a porta do quarto e outra para a porta de entrada da pousada. As 3 noites que ficamos lá, tivemos dificuldade para abrir a porta de fora. E não tem ninguém pra ajudar. Não atendem o telefone, nem respondem ao WhatsApp. Muito ruim para um lugar escuro e noite fria. Café da manhã muito fraco, mas gostoso. O chuveiro mito bom, água forte e quentinha. O aquecedor bem fraco por ser um lugar de neve. Cama e roupas de banho muito bons.

Do not stay here. Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. This was also the middle of their high season so there are no excuses. Incredibly Understaffed and it felt like a ghost town there. The property is very beautiful; that is the only redeeming part of Villa Beluno. They also ruined multiple very nice garments of clothing of mine after I sent them out for dry cleaning, to which they then washed and folded instead, completely ruining the garments. They acknowledged the error that they made multiple times, After then promising to pay for them, they have no informed me that they won’t be doing so. Borderline criminal. They also refused to open the gate for me to leave the property for not wanting to sign the additional charges for the stay, which felt like they were holding me hostage. Again, felt very unsafe and bizarre. Low class individuals in the owners. I gave them every chance to redeem themselves but they failed at every juncture and that is their own judgement call.

There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address) and how to get in. I recommend doing this before the trip. We came in summer and perhaps this is different during the skiing season. Also, the outside is unkept and the building looked abandoned (tall grass growing around it). Other issues were the absence of instructions on how to control the heating, a serious hazard as the bedroom window had a huge crack in it, and some bare wires on the bathroom ceiling. On the other hand, everything was spotlessly clean and the place was quiet and near a small convenience store. It is 11Km from Bariloche so a car is a must.
