Water lukewarm at best. Quick showers. Everything else was pretty perfect. Never met friendlier people than I have here in Rincon! The unit layout provides plenty of space and privacy with a beautiful patio, open yard area overlooking the beach which provides unrestricted sunset views. Easy walk to the beach, dive shop and restaurants at the Marina. The owner provided suggestions for things to do prior to our stay and had a binder on the coffee table with suggestions as well which we found very helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. We have been coming to Rincon for 7 years and found this to be one of our best visits, highly recommend this property. ##### Susan S.
