This house had everything we needed, was so comfortable, clean, and an amazing view. Only 5 min from town but up on a hill with the view of the river and mountains. We grilled out twice and enjoyed the front porch. Perfect spot to stay in Riggins.

The property was unique and fun and well stocked. We didn't love the setup with the bathroom and bedroom doors not locking and having to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Other than that, it was good. It was actually quite roomy.

Always....always enjoy my getaways to the Bunkhouse! Quiet, calm and peaceful. Beautiful views, easy access to restaurants and grocery store, and comfy indoor setting. Relax, read a book and disconnect.

Absolutely perfect! Nicole was super responsive and friendly. I arrived late in the evening after struggling with a motorcycle mechanical issue for several hours limping into town. Nicole answered my call late that evening to help me get sorted at the property. The next morning she went out of her way to help connect me with a neighbor that welcomed me into his workshop to help me fix my motorcycle! We were able to repair the bike and I was able to continue my adventure for a couple more days. I’m so grateful and appreciative of the hospitality and good nature from Nicole and the community she represents. The house was also delightful! Clean, comfortable, and the wide sliding doors opening to an amazing view and cool breeze was the best way to spend my down time. I will definitely return here and I would recommend this location as well as any other property that is managed by Nicole and her husband. Top notch people. THANK YOU!
