Wildlife daily and enjoy the view of the Salmon River. Close enough to walk into town and enjoy the local festivities or stay in either way this is the perfect getaway. Please remember all of our neighbors are full time residents or Riggins so please be respectful that this is their home and enjoy your stay ! I have been renting homes/condos for years in Riggins and this was by far my favorite home. So clean and beautiful, loved the open kitchen/living space and that balcony!!!! It has plenty of room inside and out. The deck is a wonderful place to eat, relax and visit. We enjoyed our 3-generation Mother's Day weekend there. ##### Dorene C.
